Today I participated in the bi-annual trivia finals with Erin's team, Team Awesome! Trivia in the States is like quizzing in Belgium, except here you play it in bars/restaurants during lunch or dinner. Team Awesome has gone far in previous editions of the trivia finals, and today, was determined to get even further ahead in the final ranking. To support morale and strengthen team spirit, we wore matching t-shirts and dressed up like a bunch of sports buffs (which we totally are... *crickets*)
Yeah, that picture was totally meant to be framed like that. (Not... my gorillapod's grip is apparently not perfect.)
The questions were tough, but our final score was not bad: 4th place overall. That means we did not win the big bucks (first prize was $5000 - yowza!), but we did win some dough for the team's treasury.
